The response can be obtained by applying this filter in GA4:
Dimensions: Page referent, Session source/media
Metrics: Sessions
Filter: Page referrer maches regex
^https:\/\/(www\.meta\.ai|www\.perplexity\.ai|chat\.openai\.com|claude\.ai|chat\.mistral\.ai|gemini\.google\.com|bard\.google\.com|chatgpt\.com|copilot\.microsoft\.com)(\/.*)?$
Applying this setting in GA4 to a high-traffic website resulted in the report you see in the screenshot, but the value of traffic from AI was 0.00001% of the total traffic.

It is also interesting to observe the attribution channel, however this is negligible to date, but may increase in impact in the future.
